It is our mission to take part in nation building by providing quality learning materials for the youth of today.
We nurture critical thinking skills by developing textbook content based on the best approaches and instructional design for Mathematics, Science, Art and Social Studies. Our modular offering aims to guide parents in teaching their children at home while ensuring that lessons cover the key curricular areas and learning competencies prescribed by DepEd.
Our humble beginning
From a family business to a publishing house
In February 2017, Johnny & Hansel Trading, currently known as Johnny and Hansel Publications, was established and set off as a family business in their residential house in Quezon City, Philippines. The company has a significant background in freelance academic research when the said business started.
Possessing a paramount vision, the company’s focal goal is to transform the minds of the contemporary youth to be critical in the context they are living in, to be informed, and to question existing ideas through creative thinking and reasoning.
With the objective of providing more support to academic institutions, the company decided to expand its products by publishing more educational materials, thus changing its business nature from Trading to Publications.
Such changes involve the production and delivery of academic materials and other supplementary learning resources, including storybooks, senior high school, work text books and student personalized or customized notebooks that are sophisticated and comprehensive.
