tsinelas at uniporme. Nahihiya tuloy siyang isuot ang mga ito. Para kasing hindi bagay sa kaniya. Parang
laging matatanggal o mahuhulog kapag suot niya.
Maya has a very, very big problem!
Everything that her mother buys for her are big—big dresses, socks and shoes, slippers, and uniforms.
She feels embarrassed wearing them.
They hardly suit her. It seems like they’ll slip or fall off when she wears them.
Her self-confidence is shrinking all the while.
So Maya once asked: is she really the one her mother thinks about when she goes shopping for Maya’s
clothes, socks and shoes, or some other kid?
Why does her mother keep on buying things in large sizes?
It’s making her feel like a giant.
Find out what the solution to Maya’s big problem is in this story.
